Your purchase of jewelry from The Art of Jewelry is a final sale. This includes special orders, exclusive one of a kind items, orders shipped to locations outside the continental USA, and discounted items.

If the jewelry you ordered arrives damaged please contact Jane immediately. In most cases I can help. If the box arrives empty you need to contact the company that shipped it to you, either USPS, Federal Express, or UPS. If you don’t receive your order, also contact the shipper. Some orders require a signature, and if you’re not home to sign, the package goes back to the shipper, and they leave a notice that delivery was attempted. If you received an email from me that I shipped your jewelry and you don’t receive it within a week contact the shipper. All shipments are covered by tracking and insurance so it is easy to find out where your jewelry went.

Please note that we meticulously inspect each item prior to shipping to ensure it is in brand new condition. Every order is double checked prior to shipping to ensure the correct items are sent. Do not attempt to return items that were not purchased from The Art of Jewelry. We can easily recognize the difference.

Very rarely, an item arrives damaged or missing a stone, etc. I can usually resolve this quickly. Call me as soon as possible to determine how to resolve this.

Problems with how an item fits need to be resolved before you place your order. You can easily find out lengths, etc. by contacting me.
